Terms of use.

Lapsed Member Mapper is a sorting and drafting aid. It classifies the rows you paste and writes draft messages for you to edit and sign. It does not send anything, does not advise on the spam or privacy rules, and does not guarantee that any member returns or that any revenue figure is achieved.

The service

You may use the free map for any list you own. A paid plan adds saving the studio profile and the run. You must give an accurate list and confirm the studio profile; the map is only as good as the rows you paste and the reason text your front desk recorded.

Not advice

The tool applies the consent gate as a rule: it withholds a row with no clear consent and lists the do-not-contact rows. It does not give legal advice on the Spam Act, the Privacy Act, CAN-SPAM, the CCPA/CPRA or the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, and the consent record stays with you.

Your member data

The list holds personal information about your members. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and use it. The consent gate protects the marketing message, not your collection of the list.

The ranking is illustrative

The expected-revenue figure is a ranking built from your own dues figure and conversion assumptions, both editable. It is not a promise, not a plan and not a forecast, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Payment and refunds

The campaign pack is a single payment of AUD 99; the monthly plan is AUD 49 a month. Cards are charged by Stripe. If a plan did not unlock, write to support@theartofservice.com and it is fixed or refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
