Lapsed Member Mappera tiered win-back map for studio owners
Menu

Every non-customer, in one lane

Paste the lapsed and cancelled member list you already export, with the cancellation dates and the stated reasons, and get every member sorted into three tiers plus the still-paying silent lapse, then a dated win-back sequence with a different offer per tier.

First cut, before any offer: 1 member still on a live payment while they have stopped coming. That one is a billing fix and an apology, not a win-back.

About

A tiered win-back map for a studio owner.

The Art of Service Pty Ltd, in Brisbane, makes Lapsed Member Mapper for the owner-operator of an independent gym, pilates or yoga studio with 200 to 2,000 members. It turns the lapsed and cancelled member list the owner already exports into a tier map, the still-paying silent lapse as the first cut, a dated win-back sequence and an illustrative ranking.

The tool answers a weekly job. Most studios never segment the lapsed file, and January is where the members go. Lapsed Member Mapper does the sort that a spreadsheet does badly, cleans the reason column, respects the consent gate, and says plainly which tier deserves the time first.

How the rules table is built

The tier rules, the consent rules, the offer per tier and the thresholds are built once, at build time, into a dated rules table served from this page. It carries the day it was read. A script refreshes it, so a change to a rule is a deliberate step and not a silent drift. The obligations the consent gate rests on are held and stated on the rules page.

What the tool does not do

It does not send the messages, buy a list, collect the reason at the point of cancelling, change your timetable or your pricing, process a refund, or pull your member list live. It does not advise on the spam or privacy rules; it applies them as a gate. It never promises a member will return or that a revenue figure will be achieved.

How the wider estate is built

The Art of Service publishes how its tools are built. Lapsed Member Mapper keeps to the same plain-language rule: it states what it is made from and what it does not do. See how this is built and open the standards the estate holds.

Frequently asked questions

Who operates Lapsed Member Mapper?

The Art of Service Pty Ltd, GPO Box 2673, Brisbane QLD 4001, Australia. Write to support@theartofservice.com for anything about the tool, a plan or your data.

How is the classification table kept current?

The tier rules, the consent rules, the offer per tier and the thresholds ship as a dated rules table built once at build time, served from this page. A script refreshes it, so a change to the rules is a deliberate step and never a silent drift.

Does the tool replace my judgement or my platform?

No. It sorts your own list and drafts messages you edit and sign, and you send through your own platform so the consent record stays with you. It never guarantees a return.
