What we hold, where it is kept, and who can see it.
The map is built in your browser and the member list you paste does not leave it unless you save the run. If you save a run, the studio profile you entered and the pasted list are kept against your own account, owner-scoped, and nothing else. Four processors only: Cloudflare, Supabase in Sydney, Stripe and SendGrid.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Four processors only, and no others:
- Cloudflare serves the pages and runs the small server functions. It sees the ordinary request data a web server sees: the address, the time and the browser family.
- Supabase holds the account and, if you save a run, the studio profile and the pasted list. The database sits in Sydney, Australia. A saved run is scoped to your account: only you and the teammates you invite can read it.
- Stripe takes the card for a paid plan and holds the payment record and the email you paid with. The card details never reach this product.
- SendGrid sends a sign-in link and, only if the result mail is switched on for your account, a copy of the outcome. It is the only system that sends mail.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never run a third-party advertising or analytics pixel, and never send your member list to a model. The sort is arithmetic in your browser. A saved run keeps the studio profile and the pasted list and the map that was on screen, so a later run compares like with like. The list holds personal information about your members; you are the one who holds the consent record, which is exactly why this tool withholds a no-consent row and never sends the message itself.
Deleting it
From the account page you can delete a saved run, or delete the whole account. Deleting the account removes the saved runs with it and leaves one record that the deletion happened. Write to support@theartofservice.com for anything about your data.
